Order timing

Your notification email is the most accurate information for when your order ships or becomes available for pickup. Each product page shows the expected production timeline for that item. The timeline shown at checkout is a general estimate. Product pages and your pickup/shipping notification email give the most accurate timing for your specific order.

Local Pickup (Free)

Local pickup is contactless from our secure pickup box in Mount Pearl. When your order is ready, you'll receive a ready for pickup email with a link to choose your pickup time. That email is your green light, so please wait for it before heading over.

Pickup times start at least 24 hours after your ready for pickup email notification. If you need your order sooner, reply to the email and we'll see what's possible.

Pickup hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm
Saturday, 11am to 8pm
Closed Sunday

If you miss your pickup time, no problem. Your order stays in the pickup box until 8pm that day. After that, we bring it inside and you can choose a new time using the same scheduling link.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in Canada. Rates are calculated at checkout by Canada Post based on your address and the weight of your order.

Once orders are complete and ready to ship, you'll get tracking information so you can follow its journey to you!

A note on shipping from Newfoundland: high winds and ferry cancellations can add a few days to carrier estimates, and tracking can lag during storms. We pack and ship as soon as your order is ready, and if anything on our end changes your timeline, we'll let you know right away.
